My name is Diana Wankmueller (Hays), longtime friend of the Carroll family. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of the Carroll Family. They do not have social media and have asked me to do this for them.

On December 26th, 2024, tragedy struck. William Tommy Travis Carroll, a.k.a. Billy Carroll, lost his life in an unfortunate accident. Billy loved fishing and spending time with his beloved friends and family. Billy was also the most loyal of the Tennessee Volunteers Football fans! Billy was the type of friend who would give you the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. His daddy often asked him why he was broke, and his response was always, "Well, this person needed...." Billy was a member of the Flat Creek Baptist Church, having been saved on September 16, 2020.

Having just celebrated his 23rd birthday (December 22nd), life insurance or a funeral plan had not been something that had been thought about. His parents have now been tasked with laying Billy to rest and need help with expenses. Anything will be greatly appreciated.
