'TODAY IM ALIVE!'

I'm Carrie Silva.

I'm a victim.

I'm here today and can say,

"I'm a survivor."

On the 16th of April I was violently attacked at 10p.m. Brutally beaten and strangled, someone tried to kidnap me. He was going kill me. Thwarted was his plan due to the fact that I faught my assailant really hard.

Suffering the brutal beating I also have endured broken ribs on both sides and four dislocated ribs in my sternum.

He had to let me go to open his back passenger door because with my knees pulled up I caught the curb.

He was tired.

He couldn't pull me over it.

I was able to crawl backwards and get away.

He is still at large.

Today I suffer such extreme loss and severe PTSD.

After the death of my only child last Nov. I'm having an extremely hard time standing on my feet, just to put one in front of the other. Her name was Hannah. She committed suicide.

As parents, we aren't built for this. I don't know how to do this. I cry a lot.

Today I'm paranoid, panicky, anxiety ridden and suffering mentally and emotionally.

I'm exhausted.

I'm alive.

I'm a victim.

I'm a survivor.

Today I start counseling.

Today I start healing.

I'm writing to all of you to ask for help. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do. So I'm reaching out.

Those of you that have given my story a read, I hope you can find it in your heart to help me. And if you can't thank you for the read. If you could please share my campaign with everybody you can and hopefully if there's anyone who has read my story that has experienced a moment such as this in their life knows now that their not alone.

I desperately need help to get a car or truck.

I desperately need help to pay my rent.

Just prior to this attack I was living off the grid so as to say. I lived in a tent right off of Stockton st.
