My friend Carrie Bell is confined to a wheelchair and lives alone. She lives on a set income and has had continuing medical problems for quite sometime. She is currently in the hospital receiving treatment from a return visit to the ER after her last surgery. All the help and prayers possible would be greatly appreciated
