On February 25, 2025, twelve inches of snow brought down a large section of my 1900-built carriage house. This is to cover the cost of the contractor doing the work and a little extra to help me get the remaining standing part stabilized so it doesn't collapse more. I only have $6,000 extra per year at the moment, so I have to crowdfund the project. A new building in its place would be over three times the cost.
