As some of you may have heard, my sister, Caron, was in a serious accident yesterday. Unfortunately, a piece of steel (likely a car part) came flying through her windshield and struck her. She was transported to the hospital and had emergency surgery on her arm. She also has some less serious facial injuries, which should heal quickly.

She has a long road ahead of her, but I know she will power through. She will have medical co-pays, deductibles, and more to cover. She will also use the funds for meal deliveries and hopefully some comfort items.
