Support Carolynne Allbrights Recovery

Donation protected
On April 21st 2020, while our mother Carolynne (Strickland) Allbright was driving on her way to work, she suffered a major right-brain ICA stroke that resulted in a car accident, totaling her car. She is in CCU with  paralysis on the left side of her body, this has also rendered her unable to fully communicate. She is in need of a carotid-artery stent placement, but her condition is not stable enough at the moment to withstand the procedure. Physical, occupational and speech therapy has been trying to work with her, but we have not seen much improvement. The neurosurgeon has also diagnosed her with a rare disease, MoyaMoya, which they feel an earlier smaller stroke caused. This disease, may require future brain surgery on the damaged arteries. She is going to have a long road to recovery, and We do know she needs to keep fighting in ongoing intensive therapy to recover more. While she is hospitalized, during this pandemic, we are unable to be with her, so we are calling her everyday with words of encouragement. Please help support Carolynne as she fights the biggest battle of her life, our family is truly grateful for everyone's kind words and prayers she is receiving from family and friends. We are all very optimistic that our mother will be back to her spunky self and get through this. We have created this go-fund-me to simply pay for all of her normal expenses while she is on the long road to recovery, along with all of the medical bills piling up. Again thank you all so much for the love, and we will continue to share with her your words of encouragement and prayers.
