Hi everyone!

My name is Erica, I am the daughter of Carol Chmielewski. I am reaching out to the masses for some help for my mom during a difficult time.

For all of 2024, my mom has been in and out of the hospital and rehab centers with Lipidemia. She has been fighting infections in her legs and feet, open wounds that take ages to heal, and has had fluid in her legs that has come close to moving up her whole body and hitting her heart, which would kill her. Being in the hospital as much as she has been, she has barely been able to work. We have been doing everything to get government assistance and aid through her employer but has left her in a position where she is now being evicted from her home. Being evicted while being back in the hospital and rehab is absolutely devastating. She will have nowhere safe to land once she is out of rehab this time around. This is a lot on a person let alone a person fighting for her health every day to physically get better.

At this time, I am asking for all who can help me with my moms move, any amount helps right now as we search for a new place for her and her two cats to move into where she can focus on healing and get my mom back to her best self. Please, even if you can’t financially help out, send my mom good thoughts and prayers so she can be dancing at my wedding in two years.
