Support Carolina's Musical Journey in Valencia, Spain!

Hi friends!!

My name is Carolina Williams and I'm a Songwriting major at Berklee College of music, approaching the final few semesters of my college career already! I've got some super exciting news that I can't wait to share with you and would really appreciate your help!

First, let’s catch up a bit!: Since I was a little girl, I was always in love with music. From singing and dancing to playing the piano, I seized every opportunity I could to develop and showcase that passion. Growing up, I participated in various school choirs and vocal jazz groups, performing in venues from Chicago to Harvard to even the golden shores of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!

When the pandemic hit in 2020 and we were all confined to our bedrooms, I developed this really intense urge to explore my love for music on an even deeper level. I started writing more songs, trying out the guitar, and suddenly discovering this crazy passion I had for music production! - recording, creating and manipulating music down to every tiny auditory detail with the use of programs commonly known as Digital Audio Workstations. - Every single day I would spend hours and hours on my macbook (until embarrassingly late hours of the night...) practically exploding with excitement and curiosity to learn as much as I could about this brand new toy and all of its buttons. Within a few months I was releasing my original songs to the public, eventually migrating to streaming services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and more!! From that point forward, I knew for sure that I wanted to pursue contemporary songwriting and production on a professional level, which is what led me all the way here to Boston to study at my dream school, Berklee! :)

Now with my senior year of college just around the corner, I've got the opportunity to skyrocket my growth as a student and independent musician on an international level. I’ve never been to Europe in my life, and I know this will be a life-changing experience on so many levels in both my musical and educational journey. I seriously can’t wait to explore beyond what I know about Latin music and its roots and get to enrich myself in Valencia’s vast and beautiful culture.

Now with all that being said... I could really use your help! ;)
