Carolina Sprinkle, an AA PCSR (#776555) at CLT Admirals Club, is not just our coworker—she’s a devoted single mom to two wonderful sons and someone who brings kindness and warmth to everyone she meets. For over 15 years, Carolina has worked for American Airlines, dedicating herself to her job and her family. The day after Christmas, Carolina’s apartment home caught on fire, leaving her and her boys with nothing but the clothes on their backs. The loss was devastating, especially during what should have been a joyful time of year.

As a single mom, Carolina has always worked hard to provide for her family, and now she’s facing the unimaginable challenge of starting over from scratch. The funds raised will help Carolina and her sons replace essentials, find stability, and begin to rebuild their lives. Every donation, no matter the size, will help them take the next step forward.
