Dear Potential Carolina Crew FC Supporter,
Carolina Crew FC is proud to represent Fayetteville and Fort Bragg NC as the reigning UPSL-W Mid-Atlantic Conference Champions. We are committed to building opportunities for women athletes to train, compete, and inspire the next generation.
Now, we are embarking on our biggest project yet — our very own Field of Dreams.
We recently secured land to develop a state-of-the-art training soccer field that will be built with sustainability in mind:
Recycled turf and fencing
Solar-powered lighting
Eco-friendly French drainage
Native plants and vegetation to naturally repel insects and create a safe environment
This will be the official Carolina Crew FC Training Site, ensuring that our athletes have a safe and professional space to develop their skills. But more than that, this facility will also serve as a multi-sport field for the entire community.
Currently, our athletes struggle to find consistent training space. Local fields are overcrowded, poorly maintained, and costly to rent, often putting players at risk of injury. With our own dedicated field, we will:
✅ Ensure the safety and development of our athletes
✅ Provide a community-accessible sports facility
✅ Establish Carolina Crew FC as a leader in women’s sports development
✅ Build the foundation for future growth with plans to expand into a multi-field complex
This project will not only benefit Carolina Crew FC but will also serve as a lasting resource for youth programs, community leagues, and families across the region.
