I created this fundraiser for my niece Caroleena. She was diagnosed with a severe form of Crohn's disease and Colitis in April 2025. She was hospitalized for three months in critical condition for the most part. She is 14 years old and was just finishing eighth grade and was going to start high school in September.

My sister had to take time off from her teaching job to take care of her after she was released from the hospital. She was 70 lbs. and she is 5'8" tall. While she made a lot of progress, she still needs a lot of care, so my sister cannot return to work yet, and the medical expenses are so high they cannot afford it.

I am asking to help my sister to pay the required medical care for my niece so she can feel better and return to school and to her life.

The funds will be used to pay medical bills and essential nutrition my niece is allowed to consume.
