and physically disabled with an income of $1,000. a month. I have been renting this house at 314 SE 13th Ave. Portland, Oregon for over 41 years. The property is now for sale. I am seeking monetary support to help me purchase my precious home.The house is valued at $450,000. It was built in 1941, of poured concrete with no insulation. It has rather extensive water damage to the foundation and issues with all areas close to the Earth. The value of this house will be much less when inspected. There are many flaws to this house, which I accept. I know how to care for her properly. I love my home. I am somewhat reclusive and highly sensitive. My home is my sacred safe space. I am very creative in all ways. My present focus is on improving my health. When I go out and about once or twice a week, I share loving kindness with all the folks I meet. I want to live here the rest of my life in peace with joy and delight in all that I attend to. I am so grateful for all the folks who are willing to help me keep my home forever as long as I live.
