Support Carol Peters' Critical Care Journey

My name is Dalarie Peters and I’m the daughter of Carol Peters. On Tuesday morning my mom was out for a walk and had a massive heart attack. Bystanders completed CPR and got her an ambulance where she was taken to ANMC. She’s currently in the critical care unit. I flew to Anchorage to be with her that same night from Washington. Right now she is experiencing substantial swelling in her brain and is currently receiving sedation. I’ve been at my current job as a server for 9 months and do not have fmla or PTO. I’m not sure what will happen with my mom but I’m going to be here by her side every second I can be. However I’m going to need financial help from friends and family to make sure I stay afloat.
