For the past 20 years, Carol Hillis has been the warm, welcoming face of our San Jose community. She is the friendly smile you see the moment you walk through the doors, and her kindness has shaped the experience of members and guests for two decades. Carol has built countless relationships here—remembering names, families, stories, and always offering a genuine moment of care to everyone who comes in.

Recently, Carol has been facing serious medical challenges that require ongoing treatment and recovery. These health struggles have forced her to miss a significant amount of work—something that has been incredibly difficult for her both emotionally and financially. Anyone who knows Carol knows how deeply she cares about being present for our community, and how much pride she takes in the role she has held at the Club for so many years.

Now, it’s our turn to be there for her.

Because Carol has missed so much work while focusing on her health, the financial pressure of medical bills and day-to-day living expenses has become overwhelming.
