My name is Carol Delatorre. I am 68 years old and on October 26, 2025, I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung and liver cancer. I really don't understand how I was not diagnosed sooner, being I had already had 8 operations. The oncologist has given me 1 year to 18 months to live. All my life I have been a giver, not a taker. Anybody who ever knows me and needed anything knew that they could come to me, and I would be there for them. I would give the shirt off my back, always knowing money that I received was from Our Lord Jesus Christ. Unfortunately,

I cannot work anymore with all the chemo, radiation, palliative care, hospital stays; the fatigue and stress have become overwhelming. Getting back and forth to all the hospitals and doctors has become quite difficult. Gas and food have become a major struggle. Please, if you can find it in your heart to help me, I would be most appreciative. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you would be blessed 10 times over by God. This was not an easy decision for me, being that I'm not a taker, but I also do not want to be prideful. God bless you and yours always.
