Hi, I am setting this up for my friend Carol. She is caretaker for her husband, Donald. She is 81 years old, on fixed income and struggling to afford paying for her husband's care. Total fixed income is just over the Medicaid threshold. She is in a tight spot...trying to get Donald out of this world with dignity and having enough for herself after he transitions. All help greatly appreciated.
