Support Carmyn and Aiden's Recovery Journey
My name is Amanda Comeaux. This is my daughter, Carmyn Comeaux (20), and her fiancé, Aiden Martin (19). They were involved in a high-speed (60mph) motorcycle accident on 03-13-25. We are so grateful they are alive! The accident has left them with injuries and medical expenses that they are unable to care for.
Please help in any way you can—even if it's $5-$10. They were preparing for a wedding. Aiden was preparing for his entry into the military as an Army soldier. They were returning home from a trip with their friends at 11:20pm and trying to merge back on to I-10. There was no insurance on the bike. She has no personal health insurance. Anything that you find in your heart to donate will go to pay for medical bills and help take care of other necessary things (additional doctor visits, food, gas, hospital stays, etc.) during their recovery.
Her fiancé sustained major injuries: broken femur, wrist, crushed fingers, bruised ribs, shoulder tear, unaligned hips and road rash covering his entire body. She will be doing her best to care for him while enduring a painful recovery herself. He did have health insurance but can not work for months. I thank all in advance for giving what they can! As a mother, I am beyond grateful she is alive, but I do not know what to do to help them financially. Also, if you ride a bike, wear a helmet—they save lives!!!
