I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of my aunt Carmen, a strong and deeply loved woman who is now facing one of the most difficult battles of her life. Recently, Carmen was diagnosed with a form of cancer that—thankfully—is treatable through chemotherapy. While we are grateful for the hope that treatment brings, the reality is that the cost of ongoing care has placed an overwhelming burden on her. She will need regular chemotherapy treatments over the next several months, and each visit comes with expenses that she simply cannot afford on her own.

Despite Carmen’s courage and determination, the financial strain is becoming heavier than she can carry. We are reaching out to friends, family, and kind strangers who may feel led to help lighten this load.
