Support Carmen Khoo and her family

Update on below: We are heartbroken to inform everyone that Carmen passed away this morning, October 28th, at Brigham and Women's in Boston. We are keeping the GoFundMe page open so that donations can go to her family to help cover funeral and travel expenses. I will be paying the funeral home directly with these funds to cover all of the funeral and burial costs, and will be sending all remaining money to Carmen's family to help with the costs of traveling to the United States for her funeral and burial. Thank you to everyone who has donated. She was an incredible person and we will miss her terribly.

Hi, my name is Anya Cutler - I'm a friend and coworker of Carmen Khoo's. Carmen was recently diagnosed with late-stage cancer. She lives and works in Maine, but she is originally from Malaysia, where all of her family currently reside. We are trying to generate funds to help Carmen with medical bills and for her family to be able to travel to the United States to be with Carmen during her treatment.
