Please join us in assisting Carmen and Francisco raise funds for their immigration battle. Both have been in the United States for over 35 years and have no criminal records.

They have two adult children and 1 minor child who has born in the US. Francisco is also the recipient of an organ transplant and requires continual medical care and treatment that is only available in the US.

The family would be severely devastated by the forced separation. Carmen and Francisco were in the process of adjusting their status, and are now sadly facing deportation court proceedings.

The family would appreciate any assistance that can be provided, and all funds will be used to pay immigration attorney's fees and costs. The attorneys fees are $10,000, and are needed urgently as their hearings are set for mid-February. All other funds raised will be used to pay any bonds (minimum of $1,500), and fees.
