My mom, Carmelita Douglas, passed away on January 27, 2026, at the age of 77 years old in San Diego, CA. She was someone who always did things to help others. Her funeral expenses have been much more than I could have imagined. Unfortunately, she didn't have burial insurance, only a small pension. We have a family plot for her in Youngstown, OH, for her to rest with my grandparents and family. The issue is getting the funds to have a service and fly her home. Additionally, to go there to attend her burial for my family. I have tried every other avenue of generating funds before I created this account. Thank you to all that have already helped.
