Hi, my name is Carly Stasa and I just finished my freshman year of college at the University of Toledo (UT). Throughout my life I have always enjoyed getting to be a part of Catholic programs and have had the chance to help with things such as Vacation Bible Schools, youth groups, and Religious Education in the past. This year I have had the opportunity to be a part of a Christian leadership program at UT through Corpus Christi University Parish on campus and have also been a active leader for a middle school youth Group at St. Joseph Maumee.

I have always enjoyed being a part of these type of programs and this summer, starting in June, I have decided to be a summer missionary (a sort of camp counselor) at Camp DeSales, a Catholic youth summer camp, in Brooklyn Michigan.

I chose to do this because I had an amazing experience when I got the chance to go to this camp as a highschooler, and I want to be a part of this mission and help give teens an amazing experience like the ones I had while I was there. This camp has always been a place that encourages, and is built on, spiritual growth, Catholic community, and of course lots of camp activities and fun! I'm excited that this summer I get the chance to help be a part of this mission! With the Holy Spirit, I hope to help lead teens to Christ and walk with them on their faith journey and show the love of God to them as the missionaries did for me when I was a camper!

Since I will be at Camp for most of the summer I will be unable to get a regular summer job, and am asking for your support (Because I am a college student ).
