This morning, our coworker and friend Carly Beard received heartbreaking news, her father has passed away. As she navigates the first steps of grief, she now also faces the immediate and urgent need to travel back home to be with her family and make funeral arrangements.

Anyone who knows Carly knows she’s the first to step up when someone’s in need. Whether it’s comforting a coworker, volunteering her time to help animals, or simply being a kind and reliable friend, you can always count on her heart to show up. She gives selflessly and often, never asking for anything in return.

Today, we have a chance to return just a fraction of the care and compassion she’s poured into the world.
