Support Carl's Heart Surgery Recovery

As many of you already know, Carl Esposito, Jr., was diagnosed with a rare blood infection that affected his heart. He has been hospitalized since November and has successfully undergone open heart surgery, but this has led to complications. Although he has been slowly making progress, he is still under intensive critical care. We are reaching out to our friends and family for your continued prayers and support.
