Hi! I’m Carlos and this past year, I tore my ACL. I was pursuing my career in firefighting, but then injured my knee playing sports, which stopped me from pursuing my career and taking a pause on that part of my life.

I plan on getting surgery, but the out-of-pocket cost is $3,000, which is something I don’t have with all my money going into schooling and personal bills. As much as this situation has been frustrating and got to the point that I had to ask for money on a “gofundme” is a little embarrassing for myself to be honest. Regardless it’s a shot to take and no matter what happens the Lord will provide in some way, shape, or form!
