Dear family, friends, I never imagined I would be writing something like this, but life has taken an unexpected turn for me and my family. Recently, I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic HPV-positive squamous cell carcinoma related to my previous tonsil cancer. After additional testing and a lung biopsy, doctors confirmed that the cancer has spread to my lung. I am now preparing for ongoing treatments, which may include immunotherapy, and surgery, additional scans, specialist visits, and other medical care as my doctors work on the best treatment plan for me.

As many of you know, I’m someone who works hard and does everything I can to provide for my children and family. Right now, my biggest focus is fighting this cancer and staying strong for my kids. Unfortunately, treatment and recovery will make it difficult for me to work consistently, and the financial pressure is becoming overwhelming.

I created this GoFundMe to help with: medical expenses and treatment costs, transportation to appointments and treatments, everyday bills while I’m unable to work, and helping keep stability for my family during this difficult time.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced physically, emotionally, and financially. But I’m determined to fight with everything I have. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps ease some of the burden and allows me to focus on my health and my family.
