Carlos Tourné is a beloved friend, artist, and truly one-of-a-kind soul who has touched countless lives with his brilliant mind, graceful spirit, and open heart.

Recently, Carlos faced a life-threatening medical crisis. He was rushed by ambulance to the hospital and admitted to the intensive care unit. While the full extent of his condition was initially unclear, it was evident he had been in distress (we just don’t know for how long).

As Carlos began to stabilize, he experienced confusion and had difficulty recognizing friends and family. Just as he started to regain some strength, he developed pneumonia, which sent him back into intensive care and left him dependent on assisted breathing.

This has been an incredibly difficult journey, not only for Carlos, but for everyone who loves him. On top of the emotional toll, Carlos does not have strong insurance coverage, and the mounting medical bills are placing a heavy burden on his family. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward covering his hospital expenses and ensuring he receives the care he needs to recover.

Carlos has always been there for others through his creativity, his perspective, and his generosity of spirit. Now he needs us.
