Support Carlos Tome's Road to Recovery

Hello everyone this is my dad Carlos Tome. This go fund me is something I never thought I'd ever have to start... Anyone who knows my dad Carlos knows what a great person he is. The nicest/genuine/kindest/ funny person I know, and one of my best friends and father.

On Thursday June 20th everything took a turn for his life when he was diagnosed with diabetes while going to the doctor to check on his eyes after he has been having some visual problems recently. He had been told to go get an MRI done because there was concern for the eye issues to be caused by a neurological reason. On Friday June 21st on the way to get the MRI done he had suffered a heart attack and was brought into an immediate procedure. After the procedure was done we had found out that he had two arteries blocked one at 100% blocked and the other at 95% blocked. All of this news coming in within two days especially on the day of my birthday has been shocking and stressful to the whole family including Carlos himself. I am an only child and seeing my dad go through all of these medical problems so fast has been challenging. He now has to go through many doctors, appointments, and medications to make sure he can get his health on track after the heart attack along with getting neurological checks for the issue in the brain causing the loss of vision in both eyes.

I have created this fundraiser as a way to have people come and support my family during this difficult time. There will be a lot of medical bills and medications and appointments that my father will have to pay on top of bills and food so any donations to help him and my family during this time would be greatly appreciated.
