Our dear friend and OCCF community member Carlos Ospina recently underwent open heart surgery for a heart valve that was not closing properly. He is thankfully at home recovering now, but has a long way to go. Doctors have advised him not to work for the next 5 months and avoid exercise for at least 6 months while he heals. We are raising funds to support Carlos in his recovery. We will miss him dearly while he is away and are wishing him a speedy and successful recovery. He has been a staple of the OCCF community since 2018 and we hope to see him back soon and in full health.
