But the people who knew him understood how dependable, steady, and generous he was. At home, Tim was the one holding everything together, caring for Carla and making sure his family’s needs were met each day. He also gave that same quiet service to the A Space Alano Club in Ukiah, where he showed up for others again and again.

Now, Carla is facing this loss while also carrying the immediate cost of Tim’s final arrangements on her own. Empire Mortuary Services in Ukiah has billed $2,042 for Tim’s cremation, transport, and death certificates. Every dollar raised will go to that bill first. Any support beyond that will help with Tim’s celebration of life and the expenses Carla is now left to manage without him.
