My name is Barbara Wahler and I'm raising funds for my brother's widow, Carla. Larry struggled valiantly with cancer for the past couple of years; Carla and her daughter, Jennifer, were his primary caregivers. This past week, he went into hospice and he left us this morning, November 2 - on All Souls' Day.

Unfortunately, this health crisis has left Carla and family in difficult financial straits. Besides the final expenses, she must pay the regular bills, manage his estate, as well as sell the house and move.

This was a second marriage for both of them and it proved to be quite a love match. They had hoped to grow into old age together; sadly, that is not to be.

I appeal to those of you who are touched by their story to offer what you can to support Carla as she moves into a future without her beloved Larry.
