I am reaching out to request your urgent monetary support for my younger brother, Carl L. Marshall Jr.

In the early morning hours of October 16th, an incident occurred that resulted in Carl's arrest by the Iowa City Police Department. He is currently in custody with pending charges. We believe this was a situation he did not create, and the subsequent treatment by the Iowa City PD and the hospital has left him in a difficult and unjust position.

Carl urgently needs two things that the system is not providing:

A Private Attorney: To ensure a fair defense and proper investigation of the circumstances surrounding his arrest.

Immediate Medical Attention: He is not receiving necessary medical care while in custody.

Our family has already committed significant resources, but we cannot meet this overwhelming financial need alone. Your donation will go directly toward securing his legal representation and necessary medical treatment.
