Support Carissa's Battle Against Breast Cancer

Hi everyone, my name is Denise, with the help of Tiffany and Amber we are setting up this GoFundMe for our beautiful friend, Carissa Mendivil.

On October 23, Carissa had found a lump in her breast, and right away she had called her doctor and had a biopsy on November 5th. On November 8th, Carissa was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Grade 3, Stage 2. Since the diagnosis, its been a very fast ride. Carissa has her scheduled appointment for her port to be inserted on November 20, and will start her treatments on November 21st. Carissa will be receiving treatments every 3 weeks for 18 weeks.

Aside from this diagnosis, Carissa is a very loving, funny and caring person. She just graduated with her Medical Assitant Certification, but will have to put that on hold for now. She will have to cut back on her hours.

Hello, my name is Carissa. I am 27 years old and on November 8th I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma grade 3, stage 2. Treatment will start sooner than expected and it will take me a full year to fight this. My family and I are asking for any help doesn't matter how big or small.
