On January 5, my world changed forever when I lost my fiancé in a tragic motorcycle accident after a 16 year old hit and killed him in front of my job. I had moved 1000 miles to be with him, and suddenly, I found myself having to leave our home, without a car, and without the stability we had built together. The grief and shock have made it incredibly hard to manage even the simplest daily tasks, and I often feel overwhelmed and exhausted just trying to get through each day.
Since his passing, I’ve lost not only my partner but also my sense of security and direction. I’m currently not working, and the financial strain of paying bills and covering basic living expenses has become too much to handle alone. I’m doing my best to find a new job and rebuild, but right now, I need help to keep going and to cover transportation and essentials while I get back on my feet.
I’m not usually someone who asks for help, but I’m reaching out because I truly need it. Any support—whether through a donation or by sharing my story—means the world to me as I try to put my life back together. Thank you for reading and for any kindness you can offer during this incredibly difficult time.
