My name is Carianne, and recently I was diagnosed with Stage 3a Kidney Failure and Kidney Disease.

I have been prescribed medications that are not currently covered under my insurance plan, and am trying to raise money to purchase my medications.

These prescriptions will be required long-term, and currently, they are just over $200 per month.

I'm currently a single mother with a 15-year-old daughter who is disabled and takes a little extra care for her Cerebral Palsy. This doesn't allow me to work more than one full-time job as she needs extra help with school and other things in the evenings when I am home.

I am hoping to raise money for the rest of the year for my medications and any out-of-network appointments I will need to attend out of state to keep the disease from regressing and staying at a steady level.
