Hello everyone!
For those of you who don’t know, I am currently finishing up my first year of physical therapy school at Methodist University in North Carolina! This summer, I have the amazing opportunity to travel with one of my professors, along with several classmates and a group of other doctors, to the Dominican Republic to provide free medical clinics. During our time there we will work with local churches and doctors to host a total of four days of medical clinics in two different cities. During these free medical clinics, we will provide free medical care and healing for the body, but more importantly, we will share the love of Christ and advance God’s kingdom along the way. Last year this group went to Kenya and provided medical care to 600+ individuals (including 150+ who received physical therapy) and this year we hope to double that! I am super excited to get to use the skills and knowledge that I am learning to show the love of Christ, as well as get to experience my first medical mission trip!

- For strength and endurance for the clinicians (seeing 150+ patients takes a lot of brain power!)
