Recover from Her Heart Attack ❤️‍

Hi, my name is Ann Berg, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help.

My sister, Cara Nelsen recently suffered a sudden, massive heart attack. It was a terrifying experience as she was unresponsive for an hour. Thanks to the incredible efforts of her husband Mark giving her CPR until the EMTs could get to her and the doctors and nurses in the trauma center, she has pulled through. It is a miracle and although we are deeply grateful she’s still with us, she has a long and expensive road to recovery.

She now faces mounting medical bills, follow-up treatments, medications, and a long period of rehabilitation and recovery during which she won’t be able to work. As you can imagine, this has created a huge financial strain on her, and on all of us trying to support her through it.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help ease that burden. Every dollar will go directly toward her medical expenses, daily living costs, and recovery needs. No amount is too small — and if you’re unable to donate, sharing this page would mean the world to us.
