Car 13: The Bucketlist Battlers | Rhino Charge 2026
The Mission: 13 Checkpoints. 10 Hours. Zero Tracks.
On May 30th, 2026, Car 13 (The Bucketlist Battlers) will head into the Kenyan bush for the ultimate test of man and machine: the Rhino Charge. This isn't a rally; it's a navigational gauntlet where the shortest distance between two points is usually through a dry riverbed or over a vertical cliff.
Why We Charge: Protecting Kenya’s "Water Towers"
Most of our team travels from the US to compete, but our hearts are rooted in Kenya. We’ve seen the increasing pressure on Kenya's wild spaces. We charge to support Rhino Ark, a charitable trust dedicated to:
Securing Water Sources: Protecting the high-altitude forests that provide water for millions.
Human-Wildlife Coexistence: Building and maintaining electric fences to protect both local farmers' crops and the wildlife that wanders near them.
Habitat Conservation: Saving the remaining habitats of the endangered Black Rhino and other critical species.
Where Your Support Goes
Transparency is our priority. Your contributions are split into two vital streams:
1. Conservation (Rhino Ark): Direct donation to Rhino Ark’s projects. This qualifies us for the Charge and fuels actual conservation work on the ground.
2. Team Logistics (Car 13): Covers the "Logistical Mountain": Vehicle reinforcement, specialized recovery gear, and getting our crew into the remote wilderness.
Note: Entry to the Charge is highly competitive. Spots are awarded to teams based on their fundraising totals. By supporting us, you aren't just helping a car—you’re ensuring Car 13 can represent the US in the fight for Kenya’s wildlife future in conservation.
Join the Crew
Give $13 for car 13 and becoming a founding donor. Whether you’re donating $13 for Car 13 or providing a major corporate sponsorship, you are part of the team.
Corporate Branding: Want your logo on a mud-caked door beating through the bush? We have prime real estate available on the car for sponsors.
The Support Crew: We have a few remaining spots for those who want to join us in the bush to experience the "Charge Atmosphere" firsthand. It’s dusty, it’s loud, and it’s unforgettable.
Let’s get Car 13 through the thicket.
Asante sana (Thank you very much) for your support!
