While this situation is being resolved, the loss of income has made it challenging to cover attorney fees. Anyone who knows Kai knows he is a hardworking, dedicated, and caring person who has always done his best to provide for his family and help others whenever he could. Instead of being recognized for his bravery, he has been suspended without pay.
