Help Me Rebuild After Domestic Violence

Hi, my name is Caprece Harvey and I’m asking for support as I heal and rebuild my life after surviving a violent domestic assault from Justin Widener Goins (07/29/1984).

Recently, I was attacked by someone I deeply loved and trusted. He punched me, pulled out chunks of my hair, left deep fingernail wounds on my face, and tried to chokehold me. I screamed for help and fought for my life. I thought I was going to die in that truck.

When I tried to call 911 and record what was happening, he took my phone and escalated the attack. I kept hitting the horn to get attention and was finally rescued when security stepped in. The physical and emotional trauma I’ve experienced since that moment is something no one should ever have to endure.

I chose to press charges, and I am standing strong in court to make sure justice is served not just for me, but for every survivor who’s been silenced or scared.

Now, I’m left with:

Hospital and medical bills

Legal expenses

Trauma therapy costs

Hair loss treatment from the injuries

Expenses to relocate and rebuild my safety

I didn’t want to ask for help. But surviving this kind of violence leaves more than emotional scars… it leaves financial ones, too. All donations will be used to cover the expenses mentioned

I have physical injuries, bald patches, and trauma that I am still processing. This was not a misunderstanding.. it was a brutal and terrifying assault. I’m seeking safety, justice, and peace.
