Support Cape Ann Animal Aid: Fund a Washing Machine

Hello! My name is Tessa Udy and I am raising money to support Cape Ann Animal Aid. I hope to raise enough money to buy a washing machine for the shelter to make keeping textiles sanitary easier. I chose to support this shelter for a service project because it is a local shelter. Another important reason is that they are a non-kill shelter, this means they need all the help they can get to support all the animals they can and not need to transport them to a different shelter. While animal shelters usually ask for towels and toys, which are always great, a washing machine is another great addition to a shelter. With the number of sick/infected animals being saved, Cape Ann Animal Aid needs a way to sanitize its textiles. This is so important in order to disinfect their towels, toys, and more. With the money you donate, a new washing machine can be bought to ensure a clean and safe environment for the shelter´s rescues.
