Tanisha “Candy” Turner was born on 09/13/1981 and passed away on 04/19/2025. “Candy” suffered a major stroke in March and never recovered. She was 43 years young. My husband, Anthony “Bo” Turner, made the difficult decision to remove his sister from the ventilator on 03/28/2025, which was also their mother’s heavenly birthday.

As our family tries to cope with the emotional weight of losing “Candy”, we are also now faced with the overwhelming financial burden of funeral costs due to not having life insurance. Candy’s two children, (19 and 17 yrs old), rely heavily on their Uncle Bo financially, as they learn to navigate finishing high school and becoming young adults without their Mom.

In 2019, Bo and I buried his mother with no life insurance. This time, we just cannot bear the cost alone. We are extremely thankful for any support that you can provide. Please keep the Turner Family in your thoughts and prayers.
