Candy and Steve have always been the kind of people who show up for everyone. When my son Levi and I were rebuilding our lives after an abusive situation, they welcomed us with open arms and became our family. Their kindness and generosity have touched so many lives, and they have never asked for anything in return.

Now, Steve is facing a serious medical battle and a long road to recovery. Candy may need to take unpaid time off from her teaching job to care for him, adding financial stress to an already difficult time. We’re raising funds to help ease their burden so they can focus on what matters most: healing and being together.

The money raised will go toward medical bills, living expenses, possible travel for treatment, and ongoing care for Steve.
