Candida and Dave could use some help. They are the sweetest people in the world and it breaks my heart that they are going through so much. They both have medical issues that are preventing them from working.

In addition to having a brain tumor removed in 2021, Candida had an esophagectomy on 8/22/24 due to esophageal cancer. She is still recovering from this.

Dave, who worked at Leo Luck’s in Rocky River for 22 years (without even calling off one time), is currently in the hospital, awaiting double lung and liver transplants. He has interstitial lung disease and pulmonary fibrosis which is progressing very quickly. His lungs are hardening, causing him to have low oxygen levels and difficulties breathing. He also has. cirrhosis of the liver. Dave is expected to be in the hospital at least six months. He is pretty high on the transplant list, but we don’t know when his transplant will take place. Most likely it will be in the upcoming weeks, but it could take months.

Please help if you are able to as the bills don’t stop coming just because there is no income.
