Candais Walker, a dedicated housekeeper at Oceania II, is facing unimaginable heartbreak after the tragic loss of her teenage son. On December 23rd, masked men opened fire at a Miami Gardens house party, taking the lives of two people, including Candais’s beloved son. This senseless act of violence has left her family devastated and struggling to cope with the emotional and financial aftermath.

Despite her overwhelming grief, Candais has continued to show incredible strength by coming to work and supporting our community. Her resilience in the face of such tragedy is truly inspiring, and it reminds us of the importance of coming together to support one another during difficult times. As Candais and her family prepare for funeral arrangements and begin the long journey of healing, they are in need of our help.
