3 years ago, we all came together to help Candace and Matt when he was in the hospital and needed support. Unfortunately, the time for help has come again, but this time, it's for Candace and the boys. As most everyone has heard, Matt's heart stopped for the last time, and he passed away peacefully in his sleep with the love of his life by his side. Candace and the boys meant the world to him, and family was very important. He considered everyone family and was always willing to help others.

A LOT has changed in an instant for Candace and the boys. In addition to overwhelming grief, end of life expenses and monthly bills need to be paid. Please come together and offer Candace and the boys support.
