Hi, I’m Sheila, and I’m asking for help for my daughter, Cana, who will soon undergo skull/brain surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas to remove a tumor near a major artery. This incredible hospital is giving her the best chance for recovery — but it’s nine hours from home, and she has already made multiple trips with her husband back and forth for scans, tests, and consultations leading up to surgery.

The travel, medical bills, and time away from work have created a heavy financial strain. Cana is a devoted wife and mom to four amazing kids, and through all of this, her husband has been a constant source of strength — standing by her side through every appointment, every long drive, and every hard moment.

They will travel to Houston on 10/26/2025 to start 3 days of preoperative testing on 10/27. Her surgery is scheduled for 10/30/2025.
