Hey y’all! My name is CAM, and as a transgender man, coming to terms with my identity has been both a challenging and liberating experience, 34 years in the making. I’ve spent a lot of time learning, growing, and embracing who I truly am. Now, I’m ready to take a pivotal step in my transition, I am seeking top surgery. This surgery is not just a medical procedure for me. It represents a chance to align my physical appearance with my true self and to alleviate the gender dysphoria that I’ve felt for so long.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of top surgery can be quite heavy, and despite my efforts to save, I find myself needing help to make this dream a reality.
