I’m Camryn, and the handsome man the the picture with me is my amazing husband who unexpectedly passed away in the early hours of April 20th, 2024 - his birthday.

His name is Luis Raúl Gutierrez-Cano, born in Chihuahua, Mexico 04/20/1992 and was raised in beautiful Utah, USA by his hard working parents Raul and Irene Gutierrez. Luis and I met and it had to be love at first sight, Halloween of 2015. The following year we were married, and in 2017 we welcomed our first son Charlie into the world and then our second son Bryan in 2021.

Luis was a hardworking contractor who could do just about any and everything you could ask of him, he always found a way to get the job done. Luis was an amazing father that loved to spend time with his boys and with me - he was a family man and a damn good friend who always had open arms for anyone that ever showed him some love or kindness. He was a man made of steel with a HUGE heart.

Luis and I were very traditional so at this moment in time I’m becoming very worried about mine and my sons future financially, as Luis was the sole earner for our household, working hard so I could raise our boys at home. When something unexpected like this happens, we don’t always have all of our ducks in a row. I know that the last thing he would want is to see us struggle and lose everything. Being a stay at home mom is not easy, and it’s even scarier when you have to start over and get used to doing it all alone. Anything helps us, we just need to get through the next few months with some extra support while trying to grieve and put him to rest. Thank you for anything you can give, it’s truly a blessing to us.
