Leon Thomas is one of the most hard working, family man that everyone loves being around.

Leon is always full of life and doing everything he can to see others succeed.

Leon works at Sasol - Lake Charles Complex and recently suffered from a stroke, leaving him to a long recovery time.
Early morning February 12, 2019, Nakeisha heard her husband, Leon, fall while on his way to the restroom.
Leon had suffered a Hemorrhagic stroke/cerebral hemorrhage . He was taken to the local hospital via ambulance, and quickly care-flighted to Houston. There he was intubated and sedated for most of the day.
Since his arrival at Memorial Hermann, Leon has made progress in his recovery. After losing complete control and feeling of the right side of his body, he is slowly but surely making strides in recovering from this horrific ordeal.

Once Leon returns home from the hospital, His wife, Nakeisha will be his primary caretaker, thus making her unable to work and contribute to their income.

AS A FRIEND: I do know this....
Leon will more than likely not return to work ANYTIME soon.
And Nakeisha will be focused on getting Leon the best treatment possible, as well as doing her best to complete her school studies and still be a MOM at home..... This task is VERY difficult.
I am starting this GOFUND me in hopes to offset hospital cost/expenses so that it will ease the pressure of having to keep up with bills, expenses, and day to day life.
ANY AMOUNT WILL HELP!
Thanks and God Bless.
